Cancellation & Refund Policy

When you buy Offer(s) and make a reservation at a restaurant with your Trilyo account, you agree to honour the reservation by arriving on time with your party and dining at the restaurant. We understand that plans can change, so if you need to change or cancel your reservation, please do so at least 60 minutes in advance to avoid having a “No-Show” associated with your Trilyo account. You'll be assigned a "No-Show" status 30 minutes after the scheduled booking time. For a "No-Show" account Trilyo deducts 15% of your order value as cancellation charges. The refund amount shall be credited to the same account from which the payment is made within 4-7 working days.

Some restaurants also have their own cancellation policies, which may vary from the standard Trilyo Cancellation & Refund Policy and might include for cancellations or no-shows. You will be able to view any restaurant-specific cancellation policies before you request or book your reservation, but please note that by submitting a request or booking the reservation you are also agreeing to the restaurant’s policies.

Trilyo has access to great offers because we give our restaurants peace of mind that our diners will arrive. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with multiple “No-Shows” or late cancellations. If you need further help on cancellation & refund policy, please write to us at support@trilyo.com.
